That will always be the big question about this company. Every investor is afraid of the printing press LTGL management has so carelessly used last year. I do believe the company is going on a PR campaign. I just wish the company would post every week the total issued shares so every investor can be relieved that the printing presses are not running or if the presses are running every investor can run the other way.

Also, I would love to see PR from the company stating over and over again how there will be absolutely no share dilution.(Well I guess they already said that last year and we all know what happened). I could only accept share dilution if the company was acquiring another company. It all comes down to trust. At this time many investors do not trust management. The wounds from last year have not even begun to heal yet. If management does a good PR and sales increase with profits also increasing then the stock should move to the upside as long as there is no share dilution. I challenge management to get this stock price up to $4 per share. It can be done. Then maybe the wounds of last year will begin to heal. Get this stock up to $12 and I will sing the praises of management. Oh wow, could it be that I am asking for too much?

jebj.

"Would a little DD on your part"

Oviously you have done your DD....I'm impressed to know that you are so un informed as to not know that when a reverse split is completed it reduces the entire outstanding by the reverse factor. That is how they ended up with 3.5 million shares outstanding. That is outstanding, not float. The 195 million shares you speak of was pre reverse.

Sorry if you lost money on the reverse, I've been there done that before. Never understood it, but that is the way people think...More is better. The value of your lesser shares is the same and it takes less demand to drive the price up, but something about..."I have 10,000 shares of xyz stock just sounds better than, I have 1000 shares of xyz stock.

Just as an example The last run up, over double by the way was driven by less than 500k shares in three days. Does not sound like there are 195 million shares out there to be sold just yet.

I've done a good deal of DD on this stock, including talking to IR and getting all of the past press releases sent to me.

As far as management is concerned. The company has a business plan, a product, an avenue to market the product, wants to grow through expansion and appears to be cutting costs. I'm not exactally sure what it is that you want from them.

jebj:

I have not heard the company say, or rumors, to the effect they are selling shares for any reason. I have observed several posts saying the company has stated they are not selling shares.

I would not like to see shares sold but if it was for a sound reason I can live with it. If they were buying another company or expanding a division or buying equipment to increase production or sales and it appeared to be sound investment I would like it.

If you know of share dumping or sales of shares let us know. If you think maybe, their might be, at some time some kind of sales of shares take a gas-x and relax. "Price down to sub l cent level" are we at .29 x . 33 or what. "BASHER"
