I have contacted Dell, Microsoft and AOL many many time with this problem, they all say "duh? never heard of the problem", not just that the key board also freezes. Do you have the same problem? The worst is when you want to hit the sell button (just about at the time when you think A@P is about to call the short) and boom the cursor is gone. We have a saying back in Africa, but I will not use it on this thread. Probart
