Dear Mark L: Are you aware that Jenkins has said REPEATEDLY that at the moment they are ONLY doing those things necessary to KEEP THE DOORS OPEN of their current clients, and that AFTER 12/31/99 they would go back and complete the Niceties? That portion of the work is the most labor intensive. So, I do not agree with your statement about year 2,000. In my opinion, that changeover period will be very busy as they will be finishing up the past and more rapidly implementing the new products and services. Now, if you were to say that you think Revenues will rise at a slower pace and profit margins may temporarily drop, I may not be able to question that comment. However, even that, I do not yet accept as the facts. A lot depends, in my judgement, on the pace of the acceptence of their "real time" work as well as Utilities and Airport opportunities. JDN

and the balance sheet finally looks great. And, as for those employees who got you to this enviable position, who worked Thanksgiving without complaining, who turned down other jobs because you told them how much you needed them--you plan on rewarding these people...by firing them???


Mark, if TAVA had 500 or less employees, then your argument would be that they have a big manpower constraint and cannot grow revenues. And you would still short the stock.

Something tells me you are just inclined to view TAVA negatively regardless of the data. I got out of this stock in Spring of 98 precisely because of the lack of manpower to meet demand. I was right. Now they are growing manpower lockstep with growing demand. I am back in TAVA. I know I will be right again.
