Thanks for your comments concerning Cyber Trader and trading in general. After I wrote my long diatribe, I realized that Snerd was actually referring to Waterhouse WebBroker, not Web St.

In any event, I am just a small time trader trying to get my feet wet before taking the big plunge into "full time" trading. That is why I haven't yet gone all out in opening an account with a "trading" firm or even splurged for L2, which Web St does offer. You are right, it isn't easy this way and it is riskier.

As far as confirmations go, both Web St and DLJ do confirm immediately although I am not sure how it would be if I were trading fast and furious like some of you must be doing! LOL

As an aside, I also use Citicorp Brokerage Services mainly because it is linked to my Citibank accounts. I don't know where they fit in the big scheme of brokers since I have never seen them rated anywhere. I am certain their system was designed more for investing than trading, but I would rate them above DLJ for either, at least for my needs.

Many thanks to you and all the rest for the education I get from lurking out here and doing my thing! You are all a great help and a lot of fun.
