Gee, the last couple of days have been very exciting and a little confusing, concentrating on my potential windfall or big losses on this stock. When I was trying to order an investor packet, I must have been disoriented, and requested one from Chinaecom instead.

So, I got this nice email from them--what does anyone think? Does it substantiate any part of IMOT's story? Is Tedrow a good or bad guy in this story?

Christine, funny you should mention this!

I have send letters and emails out to Computer Associates and Egan Systems in hopes of substantiating the validity of the IMOT partnerships. I deal with FACTS not cheapshot artists! Sniping shorters beware! If you are right, my hat is off to you. But if you are spilling B.S. on message boards, You will burn!

In terms of history to this "Chinese Yahoo" this all I could dig up so far --it dates back nearly one year.

TOKYO, JAPAN, 1998 APR 27 (NB). Egan Systems Inc. says it has
agreed to enter into negotiations to acquire China Business Resources Co.
Ltd. (CBR), a Hong Kong based operator of a large business database on
China.

Representatives of the two companies recently met in Atlanta, Georgia,
and concluded a deal under which CBR will resell Egan's COBOL
computer language products in China. The second phase of the talks will be
negotiations in Hong Kong and Beijing in May for Egan Systems to acquire
this fast growing company, said Egan in a statement.

CBR, with offices in Hong Kong, Beijing and Shenzhen, is developing what
it believes will be the "Chinese Yahoo" web directory and search engine,
said Egan.
