Yes, I have passed the suggestions to Mr. Goodman. I also tried to bring them up during the recent conference call, and raised them directly to Mr. Lehman, but either I did not elucidate them too eloquently or he did not understand because he said that it was not the shopping site wasn't driving the system, it was the infomercials that were.

That to me is ignoring a second potential stream of customers. My point is that some people who might press the "shopping" button on broadcast.com may want to go DIRECTLY to an online superstore, may not have heard about www.everything4less.com, but would be happy to get the lowest prices possible, and will actually be ANNOYED by seeing infomercial stuff rather than immediately seeing an online superstore. When you get to the E4l.com site from the broadcast.com shopping link, the superstore button is on the left and in the middle of the page & also carries no description like all the other merchandise on the page does. In other words, it's not as easy to find as it could be, so I believe they are not taking full advantage of the potential that all those broadcast.com hits could bring.

The non-computer E4L is a paper catalog; it should be quite similar/identical to your Netmarket catalog because the whole system is Cendant's Netmarket branded with everything4less. It is accessed via toll-free phone numbers.
