Does anybody remember this little set of numbers based upon 3.5
million tonnes?

Model 2: Assumes Combined Open pit and Underground Operation
(Processing Rate = 1000 tonnes per day)

Assumed Total Tonnage of Kimberlite Mined: 3,500,000 tonnes
Mine Life 10 years
Assumed Ore Value* $Can400 / tonne
Assumed Diluted Ore Value $Can380.95 / tonne
Assumed Total Capital Costs $Can 103.8 million
Assumed Total Operating Costs Over
Mine Life $Can 305.0 million
Total Cash Flow (Assuming Current
NWT Tax Structure) $Can 572.4 million
Discounted Cash Flow Rate of Return
(After Tax) 55.6%

I think the analysts had things worked out to about $6.00 per share on
that model. Is it too early to say times ten? We do have a few more
shares out now, but then again we have a whole lot more tonnage. We
are six months closer to production and did someone say that Aber
forgot to make their payment. The caustic fusion analysis confirms
that we might expect more results similiar to the mini-bulk sample.

Now must be the point where we begin to experience wild $10 to $20
dollar price swings I would expect.

Hi,

Winspear may have once been management's company. Now they have sold most of it to shareholders. The company is owned by the shareholders. Management are employees of the shareholders. Management are required to do what is in the best interest of the shareholders. If you are a shareholder then, Winspear is your company!

Cheers

Spence
Deliniation of Dykes is top pirority but I think RT is just stating
to everyone that tonnage of the dykes is the key for now and its better for RT not to comment to much on the source until its found.
Yes it would be a great boast for Winspear if the source is found.
1/3 of bulk is complete so approx.2000Tons
Would be nice if RT puts Diamond Counts out after each 2000T sample as well as stone size.Winspear may come down over the rest of this month
as pp will start to come out but insitutions will be in there buying up shares and will create more buying oppertunitys for us too.
