Juanita - I agree with your assessment. If a reasonable person off the street looks at how the company is positioned today, they wouldn't immediately conclude that the CEO is incompetent and should be removed. My only remaining question is will the tents sell. That will be self explanatory in a few months. The exposure from the shows is the acid test for me. Whole arenas full of people who's job it is to buy tents. If they aren't buying, then this is a turkey.

I don't agree with Jon's assessment that every 1000 tents counts. It's some operating income, but that kind of sales will not recoup my investment. I think my shares are at about 1.25. I am hoping for a national connection with regular recurring order capability. I believe that's what the company is working towards too. Of course, I only plunked down my allowance, so I have no real risk.
Mike

Trust me, if QTNT succeeds it will be IN SPITE of Dave Taylor and not because of him. Everyone I spoke with told me so, and I spoke to him on at least a dozen occassions.

He lied or misled about sales, P.O.'s, production run delays, financing terms, profits, deals with WalMart and others

He told me the financing they got was not a convertible debenture when it was. (did you know the financing entity was given ** 1 cent ** preferred shares?)

He even told me they had 2 buyouts for more than $2.00 per share!!

He didn't talk to some key financing people that would have given a far better loan arrangement than a convertible debenture, and allowed them to expand MUCH faster.

It goes on and on.

NOTE: If QTNT hires somebody or known quality a MILLION SHARES OF BUYING will come in. I can almost guarantee that.
