Amots, yes it would be difficult to re-cut a whole piece for 20/20 without a few days. But, same day, they are quite capable of tagging a piece with a short update or promise of further coverage which I understand they did not. May not be due to lack of awareness, but lack of present conviction. (I missed the broadcast) However, the big TV nets are highly competitive, and female SD is HUGE news. If and when the key news providers are convinced Vivus is a potential and valid front-runner in this game, it will result in one of the largest windfalls Vivus has ever experienced. If 20/20 was at the VIVUS plant this week, it easily could have been a DD run. Even if it was a local affiliate, the communication lines between the local station and the network it represents are rapid and well established. 20/20 will be particularly hair-trigger at this point.
