By Their Fruits Ye Shall Know Them

Valence's fruits are mostly intangibles. If you assume there is no "fraud" then their current status is consistent with the risks associated with a high-tech start up.

On the other hand, what would they gain by perpetrating a "fraud"? And who are "they"? If you mean the major shareholders, then what good does it do them? They can't liquidate their holdings without taking a big hit - and the ones I'm familiar with have decent reputations to protect. Why would they engage in something fraudulent?

However, if all you mean is that they are giving it their best shot and it's not panning out and they are delaying letting us know while they try to recover -- well that's always been a possibility isn't it.

However, if we look at the fruits of Mr. Wexler's posts we find it's created a lot of contention but not much discussion of ideas and facts. Oh No Mr Bill! Where's the Beef?
