Hio: I think this business about CPQ losing points in various product lines needs a bit deeper analysis. Maybe rudedog would step up to the plate. One obvious question occurs to me. This appears to be "relative" or "comparative" report by re-sellers. CPQ is making more sales from the direct channel. Would this explain why its presence with resellers is static or declining, relative to IBM, for example?. Another question is when where comparable models in the market place - is the comparison fair?
