Download the BRK annual report. Looks great.

1998 is the BIGGEST increase in value in the per-share book value in the history of BRK ... 48.3% (except 1976).

Last year, Motley fool estimate the value of BRK around 68-70k. Does that mean this year's value should be 50% higher?? That's my guess ... or 100-105k.

PaineWebber puts an "intrinsic value" at VERY conservatively 90-95k.

We may be happy with recent increases but BRK is still very MUCH undervalued. I personally look for BRK (A shares) to top 100k (3,333 for B shares) sometime before the milennium.

Read page 4 of the report and my simplistic analysis above OVERSTATES the analysis but generally speaking I think it will hold true.

JMHO and later, leroyt
