As if the profit warnings weren't enough, RAD is under investigation (OR) or warning (WA) from the pharmacy boards in both Washington and Oregon for an unusually high level of mistakes in prescriptions. (Turns out they fired a bunch of pharmacists to save money after buying out Payless/Thrify/Pay'n'Save). They've also just had to recall store-branded water (of all things) for possible contaminants.
