Quite right, but management is prone to make mistakes along the way in any business, and it is their job to rectify them and/or recognize them hopefully prior to major calamity. Yogen fruz states that the major swing in butterfat prices of recent is something they have never had to deal with in prior years-so I guess it was part of their learning curve. (A lesson learned a little late in relation to the share price)
