Bullrider,

Why would MCHM need a Y2K plan. After all, in order to have such a problem, you first need to have systems which may have date problems.

Generally, such problems would be most difficult to find in large financial and logistics systems including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Manufacturing, Shipping, Purchasing and the like.

As far as anybody can tell MCHM has:

* No manufacturing

* As a result, no Purchasing or significant Accounts Payable (probably just pay the rent, utilities, etc.)

* Also, no Sales, Shipping, or Accounts Receivable

Their General Ledger is probably so simple it could be done in an Excel spreadsheet. Money comes in from stock offerings, and goes out to a payroll system which is probably outsourced anyway.

Bottom line, this company is just a shell which exists for the purpose of selling stock. The only significant system they need is the PR System. And BS can be easily created with no concern for the date.

IOW, this just tells us pretty much what we already know...
