Clark,

I do not think Q will sell the outright infra. business at all with or without the right price.

Remember Q just reorganized its infra. business a while ago by merging Q's infra. and Globalstar's gateway businesses together. The G* gateway business is no where near finished yet. Not to mention Q's own infra. business. It is getting stronger each day. However, Q does need either a strategic partner and/or a fresh financing from the bankers. Plus, ERICY can in no way handle its CDMA infra. business without any help from Q's or others such as LU, or Nortel if Q and E's deal is ever going through.

Regards,

Brian H.

PS. I will be disappointed if the outright sale of infra. business goes through. I sincerely doubt it.
