Do they want to pay you in stock? If so, please don't do it...(grin) I don't want my shares to be more diluted when the land sale happens, and I get (hopefully) a partial liquidating distribution equal to my $.15 cost basis or better. (Read prior posts from a few educated posters regarding land value and cash per share it could generate...that's how I figure that this is more than possible.)

In all seriousness, I don't honestly know what it would be like to work for them. If they are willing to pay your price, go for it! (At worst you could put a lien on a tree if they don't pay!)
