Re: Nothing is ever really discussed here, only spun. Many like to read between the lines, no one seems to read what it actually says.

Tom,

That about sums it up!

IMHO, I think many don't want a permanent record of their comments, at least until something comes to fruition. Hear lot's of tidbits over on the chat, though I never see them appear over here, on the chat they disappear very quickly.

So your pouring over the SB-2! I'm not to worried about the number of shares and conversion amount. Reasons: I trust management's comments about it being a good thing, and feel the 3 Million shares will be going to an Institutional Investor.

Anything in the SB-2 about a ChickenMan?

Dear Tom,
As ever you cut to the quick, thread faux pas dear ;).
back to FNTN:
Your analysis of the SB-2 is very unbiased IMHO. The IPO chit chat
reflected very poorly on those that even broached the topic. The latest round of hype is over for now as we see the pattern begin to recede to " I will add on any dip ". The dilution of shares was spoken and anticipated by some on this thread pre-shareholders meeting, but that's right they were only to be used for M & A, guess the SB-2 blew that contention. There is no one on this thread that spoke to managment at that time that can deny this justification for additional share issuance. AMB, Barbara

Okay Tom: I'll pick Temple University for the Final Four.
If they make it, will you go away?
How can you resist a long-shot like that?

Wally

PS - we can even become hoops buddies!

Tom,
The float can go up only be 3 mil shares if the co. decides to issue those. Further they can be used for M&A so the co. value would go up. All other warrants etc. is just to how many shares can be theoretically issued and those have to be in SB-2 for the purpose of describing totally the risk.

Radim
