After reading the 14a again, I have to come to an odd hypothesis. I am curious as to the .26/share price mentioned so often in the document and all of a sudden we find ourselves locked in a trading range surrounding that same price. Coincidence or manipulation? Either way it is better than the .12 to .14 range.

well it is a preliminary proxy statement not definitive. The shares were valued at .10 then. now trading around .25. Who knows when we'll see the real proxy
