Our short season tomatoes, especially the romas are beauts. This year, I'm just gonna be lazy and plant two in the top of a fert/pot soil sack propped up on a 2 wheel cart...makes for a great pot and the tomatoes are pickable w/out bending over...great 2fer(grin)

My big thing is hydroponics...seems as if Oregon/SW Washington area is famous for their "grass growers"...funny, eh? One sign in a local shop on Stark and 205 has signs all over everywhere they have their layouts, their humongous indoor light sources, their timers, and their cashregister threatening all who even entertain the thot of asking how to grow grass better questions with permanent expulsion from their store, and that they will turn the questioner into the local sherrif.

Cheerful place, eh?
