Off topic, That is good to hear, The SEC did away with Reg S placements (for the most part,) maybe they will do away with floorless debentures next. That would be no great loss <IMO>. No wonder this guy is irate, they hate to see attention brought on these dirty little secrets of the market, that serves no purpose but hurt investors and prop up desperate companies. But many times management of public companies are not really aware of what they are getting into, until its too late. Oh well I am finished with my rant and taking up HEC thread bandwidth. But floorless debentures are really a sore spot with me. KAA
