Lilian, I believe that it does not trade on the NASDAQ OTCBB. The letter "F" at the end of the symbol means that it is foreign. For investors in the USA buying KRT through their US broker, the broker uses a Canadian trader. The symbol used by the US broker for the trade has to be a unique symbol which is assigned by NASDAQ - even though it doesn't trade on NASDAQ.

Regards,
Bob

This is the pink sheet
it is not an OTC listing.
This is a method by which Can. stock
are bought. Notice it says or NQB
pink sheets.
To receive a full nasdaq listing a company
has to meet certain requirements one of which
is share value and we are nowhere near the
minimum.
If someone gets a hold of the company on Monday
ask for details or maybe Buddy can find out ahead
of time.
good luck
