Hey, H20! Bullish...not so much, patient, very. I have owned this stock since 1996. In that time, I have seen a worthless CEO canned, several financing agreements extolled, then fade away, ships arriving and delivering, and a website announced, then announced again, only to see nothing happen. My belief is that the management of Madera is sincere, has good ideas on how to maximize our investment, but no capital to pull those ideas off with. Everything they have done to this point has been on s shoestring, to wit, the website design, for which AIE/German Angel was paid a pittance, I have been told. If the land sale comes off for even half the funds mentioned last month, then this company will have the funds to enable all its plans, and get us over $1 a share. I am holding, and adding more shares in the belief that the Fernandez' will pull it off. Cheers! Rick
