limtex, the first form 13G was filed February 12 and reflected that they had over a 5% ownership. The recent one was filed March 10 and reflects a 10% ownership.

Limtex:
Tried to send you a page with the SEC info on it. It doesn't want to co-operate.

Try SEC filings on SNDK infoquotes on www.nasdaq.com
You will see that there has been some major movement in and out or SNDK.

Well I made my comment off the top of my head without looking at the SEC filing. I am still positive on the fact the a major fund has bought shares instead of some vulture venture capital firm. I also assume that the outstanding shares have tightened up just by seeing how the stock is trading. The MM's are moving the price quickly one way or the other based on just a few trades.

In the end it is still up to Sandisk to perform. Any bad news in the company or the sector would be quickly reflected in the trading. There was a lot of very good news last week for the semiconductor sector which I feel had a strong effect on the stock.

I have no idea whether we will continue going up next week on accumulation or if we'll see some profit taking, but for long termers I think it's still a reasonably good bet.
