Francois,

Originally I joined the SI in order to avoid all these posters who have much more time to spend on posting useless messages than money to invest.

I will never get into any of these discussions such as "he's getting paid by company XYZ for promoting" or posting on competitor's boards to badmouth a company.

I think this type of behavior is premature however a very interesting phenomenon to watch in an emerging technology such as the (anonymous) internet.

So, sorry I will not join the game you are evidently playing with H2Oshinsky and his "family" whose behavior I do not like any better than yours by the way.

However I would like to respond to your message. I have to make it very brief, because I am almost finished with my Martini and ready to leave for a fancy dinner here in Naples, FL. where I am currently staying and I think this is much more important than wasting time on little feuds as you enjoy so much...

You stated:

1) Terrible financials: no cash to speak off on hand, so that a number of people owed money are paid in shares, resulting in a share dilution of some 17% (1.8 Millions shares) in less than a year.

2) Horrendous losses: over 4.2 Millions in 1998..

3) Outrageous pumping by the PR H2Oshinsky who also posted under the aliases of Dr Harvey and Sir Alexx before being suspended by SI and is allegedly the Corporate Development Officer of DCHT.

1)Cash shortages are notorious for any start up company. It is redundant to say that this problem is even amplified for a company which is in a business which requires huge R&D as the the fuel cell industry does.

2)For the same reason such a company can not make a profit by definition in the start up phase. And even afterwards, who is to say that a company has to show profits short term to be sucessfull?
For example I bought last October PSIX at 13 1/4 which is now at 39 1/2. Their 1998 loss was -213 Mil. or $ -4.34/share.
Estimated loss for 1999: $ -4.74.
Estimated loss for 2000: $ -3.88.

And BTW they got upgraded last week by ING Barings Furman Selz LLC from a Hold to a Buy with a new price target for 1999 of $ 60 after previously $ 44.

So much abut horrendous losses and stock performance not even mentioning some internet stocks...

Sorry, Francois, I got to go and you with some french roots should know what a good dinner means.

Regards!

Lennart
