jb,

Thank you for the informitive post. As I said to Ken, at this point I'm sitting on free shares so it does not make a differnce to me.

The past is past. All stocks are "forward" looking and not "backward" looking. If we all went by "past track records" we would never by IPO's or turnaround companies. You would have lost a good deal of profit potential with say CPQ in the last 5 years, based on their track record. The thing turned, big time. Management was a problem there as was a poor product to compete with the other big guys.

All penny stocks are gambles, that is why I like to play a limited number of them. The are exciting and not something to "hock the farm on" as evidenced by the one fellow that had a whole 900.00 dollars in it. I know that the 900 is important to him and now he has 57.00. I keep 1 share of KAFE in my account just to remind me that it is a gamble. After all of the reverses and floorless convertibles that is what I ended up with 1 share.....value.....11 dollars. Beat that one!!! LOL

I have sent an email this evening to the company re" outstanding, authorized and float. We will see if they want to discuss this with me. If not by email then by phone. I'm always willing to learn.

Ken
