Jim,
They issued such a statement last May. The exact words were
"No further dilution will be necessary". In June they doubled
the authorized share count from 100 million to 200 million
without telling the shareholders (Nevada corporations can do that)
They continued to sell fresh stock until the 200 million mark was reached at which point they did a reverse split. (1 for 60).
Currently outstanding shares are about 3.5 million.
(3.5 x 60 = 210 presplit)
They are still authorized 200 million shares

I think most investors would want to see the posted issued shares as well as a statement from the company saying it will not issuing anymore shares.
