This is by no means Off Topic ... in consideration of the numerous times Stock Detective has been cited as a 'Reliable' or 'Credible' source by posters on this thread, this is indeed very serious information that needs to be explored further. You may recall that I questioned Stock Detective's misinformation last year.

At the time of this writing we have supplied the SEC with 132 pages from Kevin's DRIP thread. The SEC said they are currently reviewing Lichtman's activity.

Just what was "the time of this writing"? If I'm not mistaken, this is VERY old news. And how very odd that the SEC would say that it was "currently reviewing Lichtman's activity". Their policy is NEVER to comment on investigations in progress.

What's wrong with this picture, lololol?
