Cash, equivalents, and short term investments as of 12/31/98 were $51M. Stockholders equity was $174M on 26.6M outstanding or $6.54 per share. An additional item of 100M, other assets - investments, is presumably largely the investment in the 3 companies in which they hold either a majority stake or right to acquire same. BP
