I don't think you have anything to worry about either.

I'm sure they don't want anything out in the open. Of the 3 companies I have investigated this week, 2 are based in Canada, and one in the Bahamas.

The problem with most of the small companies they hurt is, by the time they figure out what's happened to them, it's too late..... They are broke, their stock is probably worth about .05 or less and the only way they can hire an attorney is on a contingency. That's why 6 small companies are going in together on one suit.

RTIN is not in this situation however, as they announced some great news on Friday, they have a team of lawyers working on their case, and I expect it to be settled "quietly" out of court. Personally, I would love to see their trading records out in the open. (hmmmm, If they even exist)
