I would advise that your daughter not put all of her 401K in TLSP stock unless she thoroughly believes in the company. TLSP is currently trading at almost 4 times book value which makes it expensive at current prices. Also the telemarketing industry is still in recession. I remember interviewing with Telespectrum at their corporate office back in 1997 for an accounting position. They claimed back then that revenues would get to $1 billion by 2000, which clearly won't happen. The company needs a big spark to get their stock price moving again, and I believe that spark will be hard to come by. Just my opinion though....

TLSP: FWIW the branch where my daughter works currently employees 170 people they will have to hire another 150 people just to handle the Sears account.
