Its a sign of weakness. a company wouldnt have to re-org if they dont have troubles in the system.

Or its a sign of strength in a particular market segment (ISP) that justifies more focus and will allow a new enterprise flourish on its own.

Toy, I predict your prediction is wrong. IF the market in general does not tumble, MSFT price will not fall this week.

But msft does a reorg every year or 18 months. Or at least they have for the past 4 or 5 years.
