Vic,

Thanks for your comments. I do not own MRPS, yet, I have been trawling this board and other data trying to determine if this is a company I want to hold (note hold, not trade). I like the idea of investing in small start-ups, not only for the opportunity to make money, but also to support innovation. I understand the risks involved.

There's been too much discussion already about whether MRPS should have financials available, or not. The fact of the matter is very simple, they should have and they should be available to every investor, new or old, greedy or otherwise — end of story! It is the Company's responsibility to make this data available, and not the responsibility of investors to chase for it. If you have the time and money to issue a stream of press releases, which can only be issued with one purpose in mind at this stage (i.e. stock promotion), then management should also devote the same time and money to statutory matters. By itself, this act would encourage investors to hold stock, which has to be in the best interests of the Company.

Those on this thread that think orders, sales and press releases are more important than a properly balanced approach to management and investor relations are sadly mistaken, or otherwise motivated.
