I do not expect anything, just trying to make some sense of this Friday night news release.

I also found this from Investor Guru's Market Pulse. I would assume it is from 1996.

July 23, re: V.KRT Kensington resources

Hello Guru's, Thank you for the wonderful job you do for the speculator in all of us. Just a note, Kensington Resouces is available on the NASDAQ exchange as symbol KNSRF. I had quite an episode with my broker all last week. I wanted V.KRT, but he bought me Q KNSRF. We kept going at it back and forth.
Investor relations at kensington had told me twice over the phone I HAD to buy V.KRT (accept no substitutes). Finally, she and my broker spoke to each other, and the broker was right after all. Kensington is available on the NASDAQ as a bulletin symbol. kensington now knows this. Perhaps you could pass this info on to your subscribers; I'm sure there could be some other American investors having the same uncertainties I had. Many thanks and keep up the good work.

RESPONSE: Very good point. We have been told it trades on Nasdaq as well as the VSE but we have been unable to get a quote on NASDAQ under the symbol KNSRF. We recommend that you compare any buy/sell prices against the V.KRT price which is the main market.
Market makers will often scalp you and resell or rebuy your trade at Nasdaq, on the VSE at a profit, called arbitrage. This may be convenient but could be costly. Just make sure you get prices on both markets at order time to make sure they are fair and comparable after taking into account currency.
