I'm rather surprised, Zeev, that you say of Wexler's post that: "I did not read his statement as accusing the company of engaging in fraudulent activities."

When Mr. Wexler poses numerous accusatory questions at many members of this thread, implying they are working on behalf of the company, and then implying they are promoting a stock fraud, he's coming as close as he can to saying that Valence itself is perpetrating the fraud. He's on very thin ice. VERY thin.

I also would have thought you'd have defended the people involved when Mr. Wexler went way over the top and accused them of actually being one person with multiple identities. He's quite desperate, to have made such patently ridiculous assertions.

No, there's no reason to be gentle with someone of Wexler's ilk. And there's no misreading that he is in fact coming as close as he dare come to making libelous statements about the company itself. That is his clear intent. He attempts to further build his case by making misstatements of fact, saying previous executives 'fled' the company (they were replaced and/or FIRED), or pointing out a trail of red ink (leaving the reader to wonder, 'where DID the money go???').

You've generated respect for yourself here, for the most part, although many may elect to disagree on interpretations or conclusions. Don't throw it all away defending a person with obvious malevolent intent, who has stooped so low as to slander numerous innocent individuals. It does not befit you.

Zeev, Wexler stated in post #9195:
"VLNC is a full-fledged fraud and will eventually trade below 1 a share"
How can you state "... he is getting close to stating that the company is engaging in fraudulent activities" and
"I did not read his statement as accusing the company of engaging in fraudulent activities."?
Are you going to reconsider your statements, or just sit here holding on to your own version of what he has said, which is not supported by what he has actually stated in his posts?

Zeev: Do you understand how Clintonesque yer statement regarding Mr. Bill is? HEH!! You just threw all credibility out the window with that one. Go on, light up a cigar!! As for the ongoing C.C. shorting verbage which you seem to bring up every time VLNC slides back, but stop all commentary on when it does a bouncy bouncy swing up......well, I'm "hearing" lot's of if's, possiblies, maybe's, etc., out of you which mirror the longs fascination with VLNC's potential. But the bottom line is NO ONE KNOW'S for sure what C.C. is doing, although if I was to judge the argument I'd side with Mr. Wolf. Yer pontification is amazing but ultimately states little to me, but say, can you answer one thing for me? How is it that you and Larry always seem to pop up at the same relative time? You wouldn't by chance be sitting shoulder to shoulder in yer "tactical" room, would ya? ;-)

Keep it up folks, it's fun to watch as we while away the time.........

Regards!

John~

<<but I must agree that he is getting close to stating that the company is engaging in fraudulent activities>>

I don't know that for sure (yet). However, it is certain that the stock's promoters have deliberately spread lies and misinformation about the company. Once a paid promoter resorts to these tactics, it's usually a sure bet that the company is dirty. As I stated earlier, I'll soon have the complete picture once I have all the information regarding Don Wolanchuk's relationship with WAVC.

The VLNC fraud will eventually trade below 1 a share.
