Ok, Wexler, you say that there are company paid stock promoters on this site. Please support this rather strong accusation with their names and evidence to support your charges. Sure there are such promoters out there, but please provide any scrap of information that you have to support that anyone here is a paid promoter, or that VLNC has ever paid anyone to promote their stock on the internet. You are a liar, buddy! Have you noticed that most of the posters on this site use their real names and can be found in the phone book? Many of which have met each other? Your charges and groundless, but, then again, you already know that!

Bill, it seems that you have confused the "stock detective" or "future superstock" schemes with a legit company. No need to lecture us on such elementary matters or fly off the handle just because I needled you with the ID thing. For the record, I goofed, you are not Indio. I agree, the aggregate of some postings, seen over a long period of time seem excessively optimistic, but hindsight is like that. I read EVERY post on this board and on Yahoo before going long, so I can't say I wasn't aware of events as they actually transpired compared to various opinions and forecasts of the time. The stuff seems innocent to me, to this day. The public statements made by the company have been conservative and verifiable. People see things differently, but unless you have some inside info(which Pronichev queried, this morning), the position you are asserting is in the "loose cannon" category. I don't think your loyal followers will disrespect you if you tone down the rhetoric while you continue your research.

Wexler, And who have you singled out (and verified) as having been hired by Valence as one of their stock promoters? FMK? Dennis? Pallisard? And by your reply to my earlier post, I take it that you haven't contacted the SEC or the NASD about the 'fraud' which you call Valence. I am quite glad if you are short the 20,000 shares that you claim to be short. I hope it increases. As for me, I am long by a magnitude of your short position, and I expect to increase my long position in the next 120 days by additional shares more than your current short position. The next 30 days should be quite interesting. Good luck - think you and the other shorts will need it.

Bill Wexler (and Zev Hed please note):The last line of your post #9234 states, "VLNC is a full fledged stock promotion fraud" Could you please expand on this. Who is responsible for this fraud? management? please explain. posters? if yes, in collusion with management? independently? who are they? If I had real evidence of fraud, I would sell my shares.
