Sure was a surprise. Sun was the top performer I stayed away from CSCO because I thought Sun would be eyeing that market.

I invested in Oracle for its future net-working plans, its alliance with Sun and other alliances. I do not have much money tied up in Oracle so I guess that's why I wasn't particularly upset about their earnings.

Hope you have a restful weekend!

Best wishes,

Mephisto

You know dudes--your chart just shows that you should have bought a 1000 shares of each company 100 days ago and now you could retire---
I hope you didnt take that seriously!!! Im into sun heavy and oracle and microgates---Im not worried about microgates, dont expect it to do as well as it has in the past because of the goverment pounding---its sun, Im a little concerned about---it never seems now to break out of the 105 to 110 slot---Im expecting a rise after the split---but maybe Im expecting too much----'its been my experiance that after the split, half the time the stock goes south for several months----is there some news that I have missed on sun that dosent look good for the future?? I maybe was misguided when I had the feeling that sun was going to be the next Microgates---comments????
