To all,

I tried two casinos (cafe casino and Atlantic Interbet)to see how the program works. The first with Cafe Casino did not go as smooth as I would have liked from a customer point (and shareholder)of view. It was cumbersome and not too user friendly. They gave me a $5.00 chip but took 4% (I transferred $100.00). They had limited games available so I ended-up playing 21. I won about $16.00 and left. Transferring the money back to the WINR was not smooth either (part of the problem could have been that I was not accustomed to the procedures I'm sure). They took their 2 1/2% when I departed so I netted about $13.00 profit.

The experience with Interbet was much better. Right at the start the part I liked most was that they only accepted transfers from WINR so you had to first register with WINR in order to transfer funds to Interbet (this was great from a shareholder point perspective). I must admit it did take a while to load the Interbet software but it was worth it. The "cut and copy" feature during the transfer segment was customer oriented as well as the casino itself. After a few minutes of wandering around the casino I played a little roulette, slots and finished with 21. Again I was able to win a few bucks ($30.00)and left. the transfer back to WINR was smooth and I was out of there quickly. No 4% nor 2 1/2% charges either. I would recommend to those who participate in this activity to try the Interbet site as it was enjoyable.

I sent a suggestion to WINR to see if it was possible to side-step the "double registering" with WINR and each casino by having the WINR program give the casino what ever information they need about the customer and move the customer quickly to the action. One would think that part is repetitious and could be avoided.

Last point is WINR should have all the casino only accept monies from WINR and have the customers register with them (WINR)initially.

Bottom line is the trips were interesting especially the Interbet experience and I will be extremely happy when I get my "Winner's card".

Best wishes an we'll see you next year "Cardinals".
