Going public without being reporting knowing that is is going to be required in a matter of months is strange. That's one of the things that makes CVIA different (and better IMO). A couple questions: 1. We were (are) waiting for our audits to come back. Any idea of why it is taking so long. I would think CVIA's audits would be pretty cut and dry. 2. Is IPO-SITE still on schedule for start of operations Monday, March 15th? 3. Has the SEC approved the SB-2 filing? Thanks, Mike
