Wow, thanks for the quick response.

Ok, first the audit has to be completed, then the SB-2 amendment has to be filed, then it has to get accepted. Then after that the Preferreds can be activated? So we're probably looking at April for the Preferred.

I'm just trying to get a better handle on what will happen and when (approximately).

What's happened to this thread? No posts in two days, no sign of activity over on Raging Bull, and all trading today so far has been sells!

I thought this was going to be the week for CVIA?

Come on guys, any input or are we just holding our breath?
