Shareholder lawsuit against Dawson was thrown out
as without merit. But don't let that stop you
from insiinuating that he's dishonest.

If you did a little more than gross
speculation you would know that Dawson
has very extensive real estate holdings in
Lousiana.

He certainly did not have financial need to
come back to vlnc when they asked him to.
He told me 'I came back because I didn't
want to go to the grave knowing that they
screwed up my company!'.

He has the drive and determination and will
lead Valence to great success. He is going to
make all shareholders very rich. He'll make
a lot of money himself too, but as you point
out he already has far more than he'll ever
need.

Betting against this man is a big mistake.
