Dave, This was a stock transfer by Alexander to his company Galleon, in which he is sole owner of all of the outstanding shares. I believe this is a tax benefit but I would not know the particulars of such an arrangement. However, I believe we will see the earnings statement now Monday according to some on Yahoo. SI was wrong (Thursday), CBSMarketwatch was wrong (Friday), now let's see if the Yahoo threadsters are right. I am still interested but the lack of interest by analysts is curious. I am looking to buy still. Good trading, JEB
