PvG, we were at 59, 300, 334 recently and with the 8,965,000 preferred,eventually can be converted into 35,860,000 shares that gives us a current dilution of 98,746,334 or about 1.254 million shares left, depending upon how you slice it, whether they issue oh say 75 million common and convert each July, and then when they need more room just authorize more or what. I tend to believe the path of least resistance will be a buyout which means 100 million should be it. BUT this guys are known to be just a little "crafty" so one day we'll find out.

PVG, Gordon House has his reputation to watch after-he want to get it right to be sure! PVG, gold porphyrys in Chile are 100 million tons or less as a rule in Chile. There are a couple billion ton plus copper porphyry containing very little gold. House is suggesting we have a hybrid of the two types-an exception if you will-huge quantaties of ore and high gold content. What suggests this possibility? 1)Las Dos Marias grandiorite intrusive appears to be related to the one at Lipangue-a couple of kilometers away. 2)LDM is 600 meters lower in elevation strongly suggeting that the depth of minerlzation at Lipangue exceeds 600 meters. 3)The strike of the breccia zone points directly towards LDM. 4)Hole 3 failed to cut all the way through the breccia zone-ie it never made into the minerlized porphyry. House should be able to make a minimum estimate of the size of the porphyry based on the dimenions of the breecia pipe etc. Typically, the underlying porphyry may drawf the pipe in size! 5)Gold values at LDM and at hole 3 prove that this is a gold/copper porphyry instead of a copper/gold or just a copper porphyry. 6) House can make other determinations based on more complex mineral indicators from the core samples. In summary, House is a well respective, CONSERVATIVE geolgist who knows what he is doing and what he has found. You can take what he says to the bank! Have a good day!
