Does anybody have anything on the breakdown of license revenue between front office and backoffice apps?

Ellison made a bold statement a while ago that he would overtake Sebl in front office. Shocking, isn't it that Ellison would make a bold statement - but he did!

Anyway how is the front office biz going at Oralce anybody know? Because it is the only growth segment left in enterprise apps sw.

Michelle

That's perhaps a fairer statement...but I am sure the crash is short-lived. ORCL has too much going for it to continue falling.
The adjustment that occurred on Friday will correct itself in due time as investors realize the strengths ORCL has exhibited. Missing revenues by a fraction of a tiny percentage is no cause for alarm. If it had been a miss of 5% or more, that would be.
Missing the "whisper" number is an even more idiotic reason for an alarm.
