Ah, Penni, isn't it just the bug from hell? I am so afraid that my husband and daughter will get it that I am running around (well, lying around, really) reminding them not to touch the phone, the computer keyboard and mouse, or really anything at all where I have been. Did your family escape? I am so worried that they will be ill when we are traveling, which is coming up soon.

Blue bedrooms? Maybe it IS a Pisces thing. Will all the Pisces women in the vicinity please report for an informal poll? Sherry, are you a Pisces? Gypsy maybe? Anyone? The sky and the sea are both blue. It is the most serene and peaceful and reassuring color, a retreat for the eyes and the soul. My bedroom everywhere has always been blue, from the time I can remember.

Penni, I was alarmed to read a little headline yesterday that there is already a water shortage in some part of Texas. Is it going to be just a horrible summer there again, do you think?

My bedroom is pink, conch shell pink, tropical pink, peachy sunset cloud pink (pastel). In sunlight, it is pinker than it is under electric light. My sheets are pink and peach. It goes with my ivory skin and dark hair. Your bedroom is blue because you are blonde with blue eyes. My bathroom is blue, violet blue, lavender blue, French blue. I like the tropical effect, it reminds me of Merida or Key West. The walls in the rest of the house are eggshell and ivory. Once upon a time, before we had a dog, we had oriental rugs on the floor. They are in storage now. Maybe I should make a rug out of the dog hair.
