Forget who asked the question. The answer to that question is the important thing, IMHO. At least this information is to be included in the 10K. So we will all have access to the details then. Correct??

From what I understand it will be included in the 10K. Just remember one thing however, if that PP had not been done we would not be here discussing any company called TSIG.COM. Also since Mr. Sword has such an afinity with large O/S's, take a look at this company and what it did yesterday onthe announcement of its beta web site.
