That's an excellent write up Rande ... I would like to read Part I if you do not mind ... I searched for it but was unable to find it easily. Keep up the good work on educating investors ... This industry is vicious especially when it comes to greed vs integrity, shorters vs investors, etc.

:-)

Rande, I read your post and it was eye - opening. I've linked it to my new site SEC
Investigations - just type 'SEC' in the subject category

I see the whole area becoming more and more of an issue, and trying to have a single
thread solely dedicated to the issues. I'm learning more and more every day

Rande your analysis is flawed and biased and has almost, ZERO merit..but then again your PRFM hype also had the same qualities as most of your reccomendations ..Noone can possibly get the SEC to do anything that it itself doesnt decisde is worth doing..so hundreds ofd compani9es get complaints but only a few actually end up being investigated..relax and try to by stocks beased on earnings and fundamentals and leave the long term potenetial stuff in the can where it belongs

Randy IS is a name I have noticed several times on SI threads, in connection with totally untenable positions, IMO. He is a sore loser. Randy-you are the perfect subject for the adage: "If you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen"

There is one tiny difference between the hypsters and the short crowd. The former generally lie, the later to the best of my knowledge tell it like it is. Our Constitution protects Freedom of the Press, as well as Freedom of Speech to allow exposes of wrongdoing without fear of legal reprisals.

While you are entitled to your opinion, it is sad you can't figure out the difference between good guys and bad guys.

Rande, I think you should publish that as an editorial. Wow! Great writing. For awhile there I thought it was an article from WSJ.

NASD Rules states: "Because the U.S. Constitution's First Amendment protects
freedom of speech, the SEC cannot simply prohibit newsletters from recommending or
touting particular stocks. But when newsletters receive payment for touting, the
securities laws require them to disclose specifically who paid them, the amount,
and the type of payment (cash, stock, or some other thing of value)"
sec.gov

"The Commission continues to consider the 1998 proposal to require
disclosure in the Form S-8 of the names of any consultants and advisors who will
receive securities under the registration statement, as well as the amount of securities to
be offered to each and the nature of the consulting or advisory services, and related
comment requests"

Now "Touting" what the hell does that mean the word is very general...for instance how
many times can one say buy EUTO before the SEC considers it touting? 5,6,20
times...Also, what if it was Microsoft instead of a penny company would it be the same
outrage. Joe Park's case is HUGE in terms of everyone's civil liberties. His Disclaimer
states his company's mission objectives and obligations.

People like you prey on the uninformed...
You're just like some snake oil salesman or that evangelist on TV asking for more Grannies to sign their welfare cheques over to him.
You make me wretch.

Rande, it would be nice if you got your facts right before trying to act like you know what you're talking about. Only in your dreams and delusions did anyone 'blindly' follow a 'popular SI leader' and 'lose everything' in SEVL. BTW, SEVL only got as high as 10.

Beware the grassy knoll!
