Hi Bob

What a great post! Clearly summarizes where tsig is going. When I add up all of the revenue projects for the next 12 months I get 300 million+. I wonder where the stock price will be then . Imho, clearly up from where they are now. Was this the pr that was hinted about yesterday?

Slaffe, holding for my sflb.

Number 3 on your list is the one that I think will take us over the top and soon. If we don't recognize the name, we must be dead, or living in China. No, as a matter of fact, I think Beijing has one.

Signature potential revenues.

At full capacity, the gross annual billings for this program, including bookings, are expected to exceed $20 million.

We now know the customer base has increased 5x for Signature and they can't handle the load. TSIG is going to discuss how much it can help. How many times bigger TSIG's business from this deal gets is up to RG's feel for the teleservices capacity. There is plenty of capacity at TSIG. The profit margin is approx 25%.

Signature as it stood could float TSIG.

TSIG won this contract against about 30 contestants. What does TSIG have they didn't?

The contract begins April.

The rollout will include a partnership with one of the largest and most influential Hispanic banks, to be named later.

Babe Ruth League potential revenues.

The Babe Ruth League is comprised of over 6,000 Leagues, 43,000 teams, consisting of 900,000 participants ages 5-18.

With the development of TSIG in full swing the last few months, there has been little time to devote to and little desire to have a volume use on the old site so the initial fund raising was sparce. That is now over and steps are being taken to fully inform and arm the teams to adequately promote the MusicCard.

The primary push by the League is the All Stars fund raising efforts in June, July, and August. This is and always has been the big push due to the excessive expenses incurred by the teams due to the travel requirements. The fundraising pays for it or the parents do. There is also the sales that can be generated in the on season drives and exposure at the souvineer areas at the games.

I would think 500,000 cards could be an easily attainable number this year. Next year the success should get better as the other products sold are phased out or down and the entire seasons fund raising attempts include the MusicCard. TSIG gets $5/card and over $1/CD sold. Conservatively assume 1/2 CD purchased/Card/Mo.

This fund raiser repeats every year and could have the new card products added as they are brought into service.

Lifetime Learning Systems potential revenues

The Lifetime Learning agreement places the Card product line in over 100,000 schools across the United States and will be made available to 50,000,000 students through Perfect Pitch instruction manuals. These manuals are being sent to the principals, heads of PTAS, and music directors early April.

The sales of the MusicCard and PhotoCard throughout the United States by the students as a fund raiser for the school system is expected to generate conservatively 7 million card sales and $200,000,000 in total revenue which includes the revenue expected from card uses. Easily over half of the card sales should come this year. RG expects half the revenue to be this year also placing the initial impact in the 4th qtr. These projected revenues are less than half what Lifetime Learning projects.

This project places the primary emphasis for sales directly at the primary music and photo market.
