BOYNTON BEACH, FL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 12, 1999--The American Group, Inc., (OTC BB: MOSS - news) announced today that it has begun to expand the marketing efforts of Plants Express, Inc. (www.plants-express.com) too more dramatically benefit from its exposure on the Internet. As the finalization of this acquisition moves forward, the management of MOSS is taking steps to put in place strategic alliances that will greatly enhance the Internet and e-commerce operations of Plant-Express.

In an effort to create additional Internet traffic and potentially more direct response sales for its e-commerce web site, MOSS has spoken to several e-marketing firms and has chosen to create a Strategic Marketing Alliance with Interactive Multimedia Network, Inc. (OTC BB: IMNI - news).

IMNI launched Shop-the-Net.com (www.shop-the-net.com) almost five years ago and during that time created a strong retail presence for its family shopping village. IMNI is able to drive Internet users to its sites and create the requisite direct response sales that Internet retailers crave.
