<Do you think anyone really cares?> I certainly hope so..DD DD what are you trying to say? All corporations vest their top management with stock options and plans. This is how they attract the top talent that produce large revenue streams for the corporation. Which in turn makes the corp. profitable which in turn drives up the stock price which in turn makes the investors wealthy and happy. This revenue sharing and producing incentive is what makes forward looking corporations very successful. It's nothing new and I'm sure if you check corporations like Microsoft, AOL, Dell etc. you will find that they all reward their top producing executives very well with stock options and plans. So with that said I think TSIG.com is taking the lead from some very successful companies. All Good Regards Paul
